Rainhill Labour Club has changed its name to the Rainhill Club & Sports Lounge. The Rainhill Labour Club had its history and roots firmly embedded into Rainhill, Prescot, for over 80 years. The change of name demonstrates its intentions to modernise and extend the history of the Rainhill Club to cater for all people from all walks of life.
The Rainhill Club & Sports Lounge has had an facelift and further improvements are underway. Rainhill Club is open to Members and Non-Members so everyone is welcome. If you have not come before there will be a WARM WELCOME to you. What’s on in Rainhill or Prescot? Every night something is happening from Bingo on Monday nights, Live High Definition Sky or ESPN Sports, Darts tournaments, Pool, Snooker, Karaoke and every Weekend Live Artists and Bands. There is something for everyone young and old.

For those important events such as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Prize Giving, Charity Events, Children’s’ Parties, we are proud to offer you free room hire.* The Free Function Room can hold up to 200 special guests at any one time. For smaller or more intimate gathering we offer for hire our Free Sports Lounge that caters for up to 60 special guests.
Both Free For Hire Function Rooms, have its own self contained bar offering beers, lagers, wines and spirits at some of the lowest prices around. We are not tied to any brewery. With Free Function Room Hire and Low prices means that your special occasion will not leave you out of pocket.

Every Saturday and Sunday night the Rainhill Club offers “Live Entertainment” in addition to a top resident DJ offering music for all genres and tastes. Our Live Entertainers are sourced direct or through their agents from across the UK. From Solo Artists, Duos, Tribute Bands, Comedians or Groups a varied and talented line up are always available which makes your night out that much more enjoyable.
Following our great Live Acts you can then dance the night away with our resident DJ playing varied tracks throughout the decades offering 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 00’s anthems that you always wish to hear and never get tired of. All musical tastes and genres will be satisfied.
